Ocean View’s Avery Johnson to USF

Avery Johnson, a versatile 6-foot-4 guard who averaged 17 points for Huntington Beach Ocean View, said on Sunday that he has signed a letter of intent with San Francisco.

Johnson teamed with his good friend, Stanford-bound Anthony Brown, to lead Ocean View to Southern California prominence the last two seasons.
